Helping the Small Business Owner

I’m interested in small business - how they run, how they’re set up, what happens as they operate. There are a lot of resources available on the web for the small business owner and I’m interested in adding one more.

I’m going to share thoughts, opinions, and other resources I find to help the small business owner maximize the protection afforded to them by law. All too often there are negative outcomes, adverse consequences, and even business-ending results from lawsuits, audits, regulatory rulings, and other challenges for the small business owner.

I’ll explore the web and report back what I find, as well as offer perspectives and insights from my own thinking and background.
